Eligibility for Traditional Returns: For traditional RETURNS (not 60 day money back guarantee): The items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: If your refund request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package to our return center at Los Angeles, CA 90045. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

General Return Policy
Outside of the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we offer a 15-day return policy for unopened products. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the following:

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customersupport@facefirstnaturals.com  if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and provide instructions to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product following the applicable return policy (15-day or 60-day terms), and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
